RFID system to track the assets /weapons electronically including mapping the RFID tags with unique id to each asset (Weapon) and register the person details in the system along with weapon/ asset is issued.

Readers and antennas installed at the entry/exit of the premise track the assets and notify in the system whether the weapon is issued to a person or not, generate alarm if the asset is not issued to user. Handheld reader can also be used by concerned authority to read the weapon details and verify the user to whom asset I issued.

Use Case Solution

  1. There are various type of IT assets which is difficult track its movement right from screw, had drive , server rack, server and and any other asset
  2. Each and every asset is tagged with suitable RFID tag and enrolled in the asset management system
  3. The RFID tracking is integrated with Maximo asset management system (Can easily be integrated with any other asset management system)
  4. The movement order of the assets will be created in asset management system well in advance
  5. RFID Tracking system will sync the movement order with respective source and destination location and datetime
  6. While moving the assets from source or destination location all the assets are identified by reading the RFID Tag and verify against the valid movement order.
